Deep clean and sterilization of worn client jewelry (for jewelry change OR new piercing)
Service Description
Deep cleaning, polishing, and sterilizing client jewelry of ALL kinds to get it back to looking shiny and new. This process takes place in a sterilizer separate from ALL clean and sterile piercing supplies, allowing clients the option to continue using their own implant grade jewelry on new services for themselves without risk of cross-contaminating the sterile piercing setup. We can ONLY reuse jewelry that we can verify is made by a guaranteed supplier of implant-grade only jewelry AND can ONLY be used by the original wearer. *To book reprocessing for use in a new service, please schedule and drop off jewelry at least one business day in advance of the service to ensure time for the full sterilization cycle.
Cancellation Policy
REQUIRED: By booking an appointment you agree to the following policy. To finish booking you will be required to enter your payment information; you will NOT be charged anything at the time of checkout. The card details entered for booking will not be stored or used for any reason outside of the booking policy. Please communicate any last minute changes with your booking and I will do my best to accommodate and/or reschedule you. NO SHOW and MISSED (15+ minutes past the scheduled start time) appointments will be charged a nonrefundable $25 fee to cover the cost of the time held. You may be required to pay a $15 booking fee for cancellations within 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Arriving without proper ID (for adults or minor clients) will be considered MISSED if we are unable to reschedule you. PAPERWORK To receive any body piercing service in the state of Ohio (including jewelry changes and consults), clients MUST provide a VALID form of photo ID to complete the required consent paperwork, NO exceptions. Per state and county law we cannot provide you with ANY services without proof of ID. Minor clients MUST be accompanied by a legal guardian to sign consent paperwork at the start of the service. Both guardian AND the minor must provide proper identification and documentation of the relationship for consent paperwork. Please contact me directly before booking for a minor to confirm what specific documentation will be required for them. Please NO minors in the studio that are not scheduled for a confirmed service. At least one supervising adult (not receiving a service) must accompany EACH minor in the studio.
